Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ParkMuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
- One account per person; multiple accounts may be suspended
3. User Roles and Responsibilities
Regular Users:
- Must scan QR code for entry and exit at parking locations
- Must exit parking before subscription expires to avoid overstay fees
- Must maintain valid payment methods for purchases
Parking Owners:
- Must provide accurate parking information and pricing
- Must maintain Stripe Connect account for payment processing
- Must comply with tier requirements (monthly subscriptions for Tier 3+)
- Tier 1 parkings are auto-deleted after 30 days without upgrade
Staff Members:
- Must only scan QR codes at assigned parking locations
- Must not share QR scanner access with unauthorized persons
- Must follow parking owner instructions
4. Payments and Fees
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Platform fees: Tier 2 (15%), Tier 3 (10%), Tier 4 (5%)
- Overstay fees apply if you exceed scheduled exit time
- Refunds are subject to parking owner policies
5. QR Code System
- Each user has one unique QR code
- QR codes must not be shared or duplicated
- Lost QR codes can be regenerated through support
6. Loyalty Program
- Points are earned through parking sessions and reviews
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Manipulate QR codes or payment systems
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
- Post false or misleading reviews
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
ParkMuse is not responsible for:
- Vehicle damage or theft at parking locations
- Inaccurate parking information provided by owners
- Service interruptions or technical issues
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be reported to our support team. Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration under Bulgarian law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
